Level 4 is for confident swimmers aged 5 and over who can already swim independently. This level follows Grade 3 and 4, focusing on improving stroke technique, distance, stamina, and water safety skills.
Swimmers will work on front crawl, backstroke, floating and gliding with control, treading water, safe entries, and basic rescue skills, helping them become strong, safe, and confident swimmers.
