Level 5 is for confident swimmers aged 5 and over who are ready to develop advanced swimming skills, stamina, and water safety awareness. This level combines Grade 5 and 6, focusing on stronger technique and lifesaving skills.

Swimmers will work on swimming longer distances on their front and back, improving front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke, treading water for extended periods, performing safe entries, surface dives, and learning more advanced rescue and water safety skills.
